if you bought it on this website or eBay, if it was a download or a CD, and give as many details
as you can about the problem that you are having.
Most of our software packages come with a quickstart guide that is installed to
your desktop when the program is installed. A majority of questions can be easily
answered by reading the guide and following the steps outlined there. A majority
of all questions asked are answered with text from the quickstart guide itself. If part of it
is not clear, please give as much detail as you can when seeking support.
